We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2022, at the age of 84, Wendell Ray Smith of Eminence, Missouri, born in Bend, Oregon passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wendell Ray Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smith and Louise Smith (Basham); his brothers, William and Clifton Smith; his parents-in-law, Jim and Erma Shoults; and his siblings-in-law, Dewain Shoults, Keeling and Kathryn Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna; his children, Jim Smith (Sherry) of Bismarck, MO, Wendy Ash (Jim) of Farmington, MO, Donna Spurgin of Summersville, MO and Karla Daffron (Alan) of Dora, MO; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Derrick, Mandy, Matt, Joe, Elisha, Kate, Deanna and Kadyn; and his sisters, Vesta Mostella (Richard) of Oakridge and Rosemary Keeling of Summersville, MO.. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to BEST which is a vocational scholarship program available at Eminence High School.
