It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Fern Green of Eminence, Missouri, born in Alton, Missouri, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollie Peace and Lois Peace (Crews); her husband Arthur Green (Sonny); her son Athur Jr.; and her siblings, Benjamin, Ruth Stine, Jeannie Rice, Teresa Dyer and Pauline Landress.
She is survived by: her son Rolla Gene Green (Laura) of Eminence, MO; her grandchildren, Joseph Green (Rachel) of Rolla, MO, Ethan Green of St Louis, Melissa Green of St Louis and Kelsey Johnson of Fordland, MO; her great grandchildren, Grant Green of Rolla and Olivia Johnson of Springfield, MO; and her sister Glenna Carpenter of Couch, MO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
After Arthur died in 2016 Fern enjoyed working at the Alton Senior Citizens Center, donating her time to help prepare lunches.
