He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjory and Charles; his sister Mary Francis Craig; and his pet Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Kim Van Steenis (Shane) and Steve Orchard; his grandchildren, Brian Miley (Tess), Aaron Miley, Gary Orchard and Taylor Van Steenis; his great grandchildren, Maddox Miley and Anson Orchard; and his sister Jane Smith (Jim). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
