He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mooney and Daisy Mooney; his children, Bill Mooney and Kim Adams (Mike Adams); and his siblings, Harold Mooney, Beula Cowen, Gene Mooney, Hazel Turner, Kenneth Mooney, Doyle Mooney, Ruth Slayton, Jim Mooney and Bob Mooney.
He is survived by: his son Leburn Mooney, Jr. (Deena); his grandchildren, Lance Radosevich (Sammi) of West Plains, Blake Radosevich (Erica) of Salem, Derringer Mooney (Adrienne) of Eminence and Shalea Mooney of Mtn; his sisters, Glenda Thomas of Eminence, Rose Patterson of Eminence and Betty Pitts of Eminence; his girlfriend Marlene Jones; and his former wife Carol Mooney. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mike and Kim Adams Scholarship Fund at Security Bank in Eminence.
