He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Dalton and Darlene Blackwell (Adams). He is survived by: his children, Malarie Stonecipher of Poplar Bluff and Jackson Leroux of Doniphan; and his siblings, Jimmy "Jimbo" Blackwell (Donna) of Eminence, MO and Jami Brown (Rob) of Nixa, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, dear friends, and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Joey's name to the Doniphan Baseball Program.
