She is survived by: her husband Jack Gordon Blackburn; her children, Joan, Debra Ann Blackburn of Eminence, MO, John Mark Blackburn of Eminence, MO, Matthew Chilton Blackburn of Eminence, MO and David F. Blackburn of Springfield, MO; her grandchildren, Jacob, Luke, Chet, Joy, Jackson and Oliver; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Kellie, Carter, Nico, Henry and Thomas.
