She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Howard and Irene Allen (Dye); her husband Emery Otto Underwood; and her siblings, Jeris Beane, Rhonda Allen, Richard Allen and Terry Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Underwood (Elizabeth), Debra Womack (James) and David Underwood (Victoria); her grandchildren, Steven, Jeremy, Kyle and Shannon; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Danika, Annabeth, Logan, Delilah, Camilla, River and Walter; and her sisters, Paula Tilmon and Rosemary Nichols. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
