He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Dryden and Charles Clifton Miller of Elsberry, Missouri; his cousin Dale Henner of St. Charles; and also Delores. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Marie Kraska-Miller of Auburn, Alabama.. He is also survived by sons, daughter, grandchildren, and a host of friends.
