It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph William Kramer of Elsberry, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Marie Lillie Hathcock Kramer; and his wife Alice Kramer. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Potter of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Victoria Owings (Ron) of St. Charles, MO, Nikki Watts (Cannon) of Elsberry, Billie "BJ" Clay (Jay) of Winfield, MO and Joannie Crocker (Billy) of Elsberry; his stepchildren, Howard Grant of O'Fallon, MO and Marty Grant of Fairfield, IL; and his sister Mary Catherine Heintz (Jerry) of St. Charles. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
