She was predeceased by: her parents, Isiah Hilary Linwood Parks and Gladys Ermine Parks (Solomon); and her husband John Randolph Howard. She is survived by: her son John Randolph Howard II (Susan); her granddaughters, Lisa Howard Grace (Jeff) and Amy Howard Tobias (Corey); her great grandchildren, Lucinda Lynn Winter, Zachary Howard (Alexandra), Madison Howard-Meehan (Jack), Elijah Wyatt Tobias, Jackson Oakley Tobias, Tyler Bartz (Avery), Quinn, Baker, Charlotte and Marjorie; and her caregivers, Mary Lynn, Donna, Sarah, Carole, Grace and Nellie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elsberry United Methodist Church (109 N 4th St, Elsberry, MO 63343). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
