With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Ellen Mills of Elsberry, Missouri, who passed away on March 21, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Trevey K. Turnbull and Irene Bernice Johnson Turnbull; her brothers, Richard and Jack Turnbull; and her granddaughter Tenice.
She is survived by: her children, Grant Mills of Clarksville, MO, Tony Laird (Tammy) of Vernon, TX, Scott "Scooter" Mills of Elsberry, Darrin Mills of Elsberry and Dana Anthony of Elsberry; her grandchildren, Boyd, Brenna, Brandie, Blake, Brandon, Sam of Makenna, T. J, Rocky, Heather and Nicki; and her siblings, Robert Turnbull (Karen) of Foley, MO and Elizabeth "Betty" Laird of Elsberry. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
