He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Wilson and Eithel Wilson (McCleskey); his wives, Patricia Courtney and Donna Goodwin; his daughter Dove Vohs; and his siblings, Dorotha Wilson, Doyne Wilson, Marguriette Wilson, Shirley Wilson, Verline Wilson, James Wilson, Bobby Wilson and Brine Wilson Sr..

He is survived by: his daughters, Kim (John Winkler Sr.) of Fenton and Vonnie Bewley (Yvonne Richardson) of Troy; and his sister Carrol Clark of Warrenton. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to the Leukemia Foundation, c/o the funeral home.
