He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hartley and Helen Hartley; and his siblings, Charles Ronnie Hartley and Muriel Jeanette Temple. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Fields (Rob) of Old Monroe, MO, Mike Hartley II (Tami) of Elsberry, Matt Hartley (Mandy) of Elsberry and Julie Redd (Josh); and his close friend Donna Litherland. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Elsberry First Christian Church (101 N 6th St, Elsberry, MO 63343). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
