He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hillard and Alma Pearl Gardner Wheeler; his brother Hubert Wheeler; and his aunt Garnett Gardner. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Faye and Gary Thomas Hillard (G. T.); his wife Brenda Wheeler of Paynesville; his daughters, Mandy Farrell (Jessie Jennings) of Paris, MO, Katrina of Augusta, MO and Kimberly Hunter (Ezra "A. J."); his grandchildren, Donavin, Steven, Mathew, Micheal, Savannah, Danielle, Katarina, Kristopher, Adam, Emma, Danny, Neaveh, Peyton, Logan, Lorelai, Zachary, Brittany, Addric, Michael and Ethan; and his siblings, Larry Wheeler of Elsberry, Richard "Ricky" Gardner (Dianne) of Paynesville and Deborah Wheeler of Elsberry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
