She was predeceased by: her husband John Hakenwerth; her parents, Antone Forbeck and Mary Forbeck (John P. Hakenwerth); and her siblings, Alphonse Forbeck, Robert Forbeck, Albert Forbeck and Helen Schneider.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Hakenwerth (Rosemary) of Moscow Mills, MO, Robert Hakenwerth and Charles Hakenwerth (Virginia); and her grandchildren, Denise, Amanda, Tony and Tim. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Memorials: In honor of Catherine donations may be payable to: St. Theodore Catholic Church in Flint Hill, Missouri.
