He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Willis and Barbara Jean Martin (Koenig); his sister Shelly Shaw; and his grandson Hoyt Botkin. He is survived by: his fiancée Lisa Dunman of Salem, MO; his children, Cody Martin (Miranda) of Omaha, NE and Emily Bounds (Cauy Dailing) of Plato, MO; his siblings, Tania Connell (John) of Salem, MO, Tammy Denney (John) of Salem, MO and Sellers of Salem, MO; and his grandchildren, Kainnon and Luka.
