He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Lipe and Wilma Asberry (Wells). He is survived by: his children, Rodney Lipe of Ellington, MO and Ariel Lipe of Saint Louis, MO; and his siblings, James Latimer of Piedmont, Tim Latimer of Ellsinore, Tena Latimer of Piedmont and Sherry Carter of Piedmont. He is also survived by three grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
