He is survived by: his wife Maryann Lavender of Ellsinore, MO; and his children, Kenneth Lavender, Sr. (Donna) of Piedmont, MO., Carrie Grant of Van Buren, MO., Chris Lavender, Sr. of Ellsinore, MO. and Kelly Lavender (Debbie) of Texas.
