He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sullivan, Sr. and Lillie Sullivan (Smith). He is survived by: his mother-in-law Regina Epperson; his children, James Wayman Sullivan, III of Poplar Bluff, MO, Derek Sullivan of Dexter, MO, Michael Sullivan of Clarkton, MO, Kalena Kinnamore of Ellsinore and Sabrina Kinnamore of Ellsinore; and his sisters, Naomi Ford of Elyria, OH, Rebecca Dunn of Ellsinore and Rhonda Tindle of Lilbourn, MO. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
