He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Smith and Charlotte Katherine Smith (Stanton); and his siblings, Edna Jackson, Fern Lowe and George Smith.
He is survived by: his pet Emily; his son Anthony "Tony" Smith (Rebecca) of St. Louis, MO.; his brothers, Big Johnny of Collinsville, IL. and Little Johnny of Marble Hill, MO.; and his granddaughter Jordan Smith.
