He is survived by: his children, Anna "Michelle" Cates of Ellsinore, MO., Connie Lynn Kussman (Jay) of Ellsinore, MO. and Michael Gatewood of Ellsinore, MO.; his grandchildren, Julian Kussman of Webster Groves, MO. and Brittany Kelley (Dennis) of McGee, MO.; and his great grandchildren, Raven and Daxton.
