She is survived by: her husband Philip Phelps of Ellsinore, MO; her daughter Lisa Johnson (Randy) of Ellsinore, MO; her siblings, Evelyn Mayberry and Claude Nance; her grandchildren, Eric O'Dell (Tonna), Brad O'Dell (Olivia), Amber Ogden (Wayne), Tracie Potter (Darren), Kellie Burchard (Justin) and Jake Johnson (Bekah); her great grandchildren, Connor Kelch (Rachelle), Emilie O'Dell, Brennan Ogden, Lydia O'Dell, Braden O'Dell, Tucker Burchard, Ty Burchard, Phoebe O'Dell, Ellie Potter, Tynslie Burchard, Blake Johnson and Easton Potter; and her great great grandchildren, Nathan Wilkins, Naleah Wilkins, Nehemiah Wilkins and Esther Kelch.
