He is survived by: his children, Lori Meyer (Michael) of Ellington, MO and Patrick Thomas (Amber) of Temple, TX; his grandchildren, Piper Fox, Kendell Meyer, Jacelynn Meyer, Evan Thomas, Avrie Thomas and Owen Thomas; and his siblings, Steve Thomas of St. Louis, MO and Debbie Martin (Mike) of Wyoming.
