He was loved and cherished by many people including: his foster parents, Roy Raymond Foster and Wanda LaFern Campbell Foster; his mother Wanda LaFern Foster; his grandmother Dovie Foster; his father Roy Raymond Foster of Ellington; and his sisters, Debbie Morey (Glen) of Ellington and Linda DeJournett (David) of Ellington. He was also cherished by relatives and many friends.
