He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura and John; and his sisters, Maxine Brame, Sharon Jordan and Shirley Keeney-Polk.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Bushong; his children, Tammy Heeb (Tab) and Scott Bushong (Brenda); his grandchildren, Zach Nelson and Brendan Deckard; and his sister Carol Freeze. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
