She is survived by: her husband Herman Howell of Ellington; her children, Fred Howell (Kathy) of Barnhart, Edward Howell of Ellington, Salvatore Palermo (Brooke) of Woodson Terrace, Carla Bailey of Arnold and Susan McEntee (Tom) of Moscow Mills; and her stepdaughters, Melody Mottert (Mark) of St. Peters and Kimberly Averill (Mike) of Hazelwood, Missouri.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
