He is survived by: his spouses, Janice Chadbourne and Janice Myers of Farmington, Missouri; his children, Dustin Myers (Shawna) of Lesterville, Missouri, Dirika Parker (Gary) of Farmington and Danielle Lacava (Jeremy) of Farmington, Missouri; his siblings, Randell Myers (Susan) of Oates, Missouri and Rinda Johnson (Lingell) of Lesterville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Destinee Speer (Christian), Devin Nagel, Andrew Parker, Jaycie Nagel, Eli Parker, Gracen Myers, Alliyah Myers, Molly Myers, Rielle Lacava, Raylin Lacava, Raena Lacava and Renleigh Lacava; and his great grandchild Maryn. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
