She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burns and Hattie Burns; and her daughter Hazel Louise. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Blanchard (Linda), Earl Blanchard (Sharon), Louis Blanchard (Colleen), Jean Leis (Butch), Pat Easter, Marie Dement (Richard), Rose Blanchard, Laura Crase and Gevie Webb (Gary); and her brothers, Bobby Burns, Billy Burns and Don Carmen. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Following the State of Arkansas COVID-19 guidelines, face masks should be worn inside of the building at all times and maintaining a six-foot distant between each person.
