It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Alexander (Ellington, Missouri), who passed away on November 10, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Jerome Cowin, Timothy Snell and Keith Brawely. He is survived by: his parents, Shane Griffith and Emma Griffith of Ellington, Missouri; his siblings, Avery Griffith and Gage Griffith of Ellington, Missouri; his grandparents, Tammy Meade, Donnie Meade of Ellington and Terry Oatman of Thomasville, Missouri; his great-grandparents, Frances Cowin of Ellington and Margaret Brawley of Alton, Missouri; and his uncles, Scott Burnia, Kimberly Downs (James), Josh Burnia (Nikii), Franie Atchison (Thomas), Andy Townsend, Toby Brawley, Kevin Griffith (Diana) and Terry Griffith. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives.

In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, The American Cancer Society or Sids America.
