He is survived by: his siblings, Cletus Martin, Ruel Martin, Orville Martin, Howard Martin, Velma Bowles, Marie Barton and Nedra McClure; his wife Shirley; his children, Rick Martin of Ellington, Doug Martin (Amy) of Bunker, Brian Martin of Ellington, Theresa Glowczewski (Clarence) of Ellington, Sheila Emily (Dewayne) of Desoto, Connie Mathis (Paul) of Bunker and Joanna Shaw of Wentzville; and his sister Nadine Geradier of St. Louis. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends.
