She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Davis Covington and Leroy Covington; her spouse Jerry Lynn Butler; her siblings, Jimmy, Billy, Bobby Covington and Mary Mullinex; and her grandson Jerry Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Butler (Tawny) of Grandin, Thomas Butler of Benton, Tammara Townsend (John) of Grandin and Tanya Hon (Danny) of Las Animas; and her siblings, Betty Stapelton of Arkansas and Kenneth Covington of Prescott, Arizona.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
