He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herbert and Thelma Lorene Kuntz (Beck); his sister Carley Ann Asberry (Kuntz); and his sons, James Rickey and David Ray Kuntz.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene Kuntz (Chitwood); and his children, Jimmie Dale Kuntz II (Mary Joy) of Ellington, MO, Cheryl Ann Kelso (Leslie) of Independence, Norma Elaine DeMent (Matthew) of Redford, Carmen Renee Kuntz of Ellington and Echo Dawn Kuntz of Watauga Texas. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
