He is survived by: his wife Thelma Hoffmann of Lewis Center, Ohio; his children, Dan Hoffmann (Kathy) of Ellington, Missouri, Debbie Lewis (Larry) of Union, Jeanette Davis (Jeff Lee) of Dittmer and Joyce Lewis (Perry) of Ellington, Missouri; and his siblings, James Hoffmann (Mary) of Wentzville, Missouri, Minnie Gilliam of Dallas and Mary Shultz (Lewis) of Pea Ridge, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 10 grandkids, 21 great grandkids, and 3 great-great grandkids.
