She is survived by: her husband Arthur Lee Cook Sr.; her grandchildren, Nakia DeMent (Todd), NaTasha White (Paul) and Kezia Farmer (J. R.); her great grandchildren, Lukas White, Tucker Dement, Lauren White, Jakob Farmer, Addyson Dement and Klair Farmer; her daughter-in-law Roberta Cook of Ellington, Missouri; and her siblings, Larry Jenkins of St. College, Pennsylvania, Mary Weber of Stevensville and Margaret Esposito of Tampa.
