William Allin Rankin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Allin Rankin of Elkland, Missouri, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Paul; his stepmother Delphia Rankin; his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Allin-Rankin-Nikkila; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Rankin, Donna Rankin-Buck and Johnny Poyser.

He is survived by: his wife Kyrita; his children, Alan Rankin (Lisa) of Springfield, Michael Rankin of Elkland, William Rankin (Melissa Walden) of Studybutte, Shelly Rankin of Marshfield Missouri and Valerie Letterman (Jerry) of Conway, Missouri; his daughter-in-law Diane Rankin of Conway; his grandchildren, Samuel Rankin, Alison Rankin, Jacob Rankin, Jennifer Stoddard (Jason) and Robyn Edwards (Luke); his great grandchildren, Ansley Rankin, Haley McKeel (Mason), Devon Stoddard, John Stoddard, Riley Edwards and Kayla Edwards; his sister Judy Hawley of Independence, MO; his brother-in-law Ed Buck of Holton, KS; his brother Kyrita; and also, Mary Stovin, Richard Nikkila, Peggy Nikkila and Patty Nikkila. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, family and friends.
