He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Laycox and Carolin Laycox. He is survived by: his wife Janetta Solomon; his children, Richard Duncan, Jr. (Shannan) of Davenport, IA, Tanya Vick (David) of Davenport, IA and Patrica Duncan of Pittsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Sarah, Cristina, David Austin, Joseph M., Alyssa, Aaron, Brittany, Michael, Noah, Gavin, James, Joseph D., Grace and Shaylynn; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Leon, Ava and Leila.
