He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Leonard and Iva Pearl Parrack (Adams); and his siblings, Johnnie Dale Parrack, James Arlie Parrack, Leroy Dawson, Robbie Jameson and Ona Edwards.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jean Meadors; his daughters, Tamela Jones (Andy) and Kimberly Perry (Scott); his grandchildren, Derrick Smead, Bailey Williams, Clinton Perry, Corbin Perry, Lane Jones and Chloe Jones; his great grandchild Ryker Williams; his sister Judy Desmond (Greg); and his sister-in-law Sharon Jones (Jim).
