He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lloyd Ray and Bertha Vada Mayfield (Foster). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Wayne Mullins (Jennifer), Laura Ann Samson (Raymond) and Carrie Anne O'Neal (James); his grandson David William Ray; and his siblings, Lonnie Lloyd Ray (Sherry), Shirley J. Parrish and Judith Elaine Ramel. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
