He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hill of Plato, MO; his daughter Hunter Waters (Hill); his stepson Dillon Turner of Strafford, MO; his parent Carolyn Martin (Massey) of Ozark, MO; and his siblings, Shannon Hunt (Hill) and Matthew Martin. He is also survived by uncles, cousins, and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Jimmy's family.
