He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sr. Evans and Lilian Evans (Bays); his stepfather James Dake; his brother Frank; and his great-nephew Logan.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Farris; his daughters, Tracy (Stacy Spears) of Arkansas and Tisha (Mike); his grandchildren, Travis Jones (Angel) of Billings, Aundrea Routh (Neil) of Bolivar, Vincent Evans-Jasper of Buffalo and Lillian Evans-Jasper of Buffalo; his great grandchildren, Blaine, Bryant Routh, Ziiler, Kaine and Kasen Jones; his sister Donna Smith (Don) of Springfield; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Evans of Blue Springs. He is also survived by three nieces; two nephews; five great-nieces; five great-nephews; and one great-great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Junior may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
