He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Harvey and Bonnie Harvey (Hamilton); and his grandparents, Harry, Marian Harvey, James and Mary Hamilton.

He is survived by: his wife Sheri Parkhurst; his children, Alexandria Harvey-Bailey (Taylor) and William Harvey; his siblings, Harry Harvey (Janet) of Arizona, James Harvey of Jefferson City and Mary Harvey-Swofford of Arizona; his sisters-in-law, Ronda Schell (Jim) and Michele Smith (Greg); and his grandchildren, Caroline and Jackson Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
