He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Minnie Florence Duncan (Rodden); and his siblings, Henry Monroe "Roe" Duncan, Joseph "Joe" Duncan, Frank Duncan, Wayne Duncan, Milton Duncan, Anna Jean Bogart, Delcia Duncan and Harold Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
