He was predeceased by: his aunts, Marilyn Harris and Cheryl Judd; his uncle Randy; his brother Billy; his grandparents, Margaret Judd, Melvin, Phyllis Linthicum, Corwin Watson, Bud and Helen Connor; his parents-in-law, Ron and Lorna Chenhall; his granddaughter Gemma; and his great-grandparents, George, Jesse Easley, Alva and Alice Judd.
He is survived by: his former wife Julie A. Rector of Camdenton, Missouri.; his wife Joy E. Foster; his children, Stephen Foster, Amelia Foster and Marc Foster; his granddaughters, Hayleigh and Elyssa; his parents, Kaye and Bill; his sister Robin Watson; his grandfather Junior Judd; and his great-aunt Marilee Barnard.
