He is survived by: his father Timothy M. Francis (Amor); his girlfriend Rebecca C. Smith of Eldon, Missouri; his stepson Christian T. Smith; and his siblings, Thomas J. Francis and Corinne A. Ransberger. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
