She was predeceased by: her parent George Palaska. She is survived by: her parent Helena Palaska (Thiel); her children, William Hills (Deb) of Spring Hill, KS, Jeff Hills of St. Louis, MO and Laura Lees of Scott Depot; her grandchildren, Amanda, Melinda, Brian, Nicole, Mira, Jace, Annie, Chris, Robert, Maggie and Chad; and her son Kenneth Hills.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in her name are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
