It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosanne Sewell (Eldon, Missouri), born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolphus Kelsay and Myra Kelsay (Nichol); and her husband Ralph E. Sewell. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mark Sewell of Deltona, FL and Melissa Mills; her nephew Don Gothard; her son Lieutenant Colonel James W. Sewell; and her brothers, Warren and Allen Kelsay. She is also survived by Two Great Grandchildren.
