He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Lewis (Steven) of St. Louis, MO and Ivy Casto of Lake Ozark, MO.; his grandchildren, Cole Abbott (Deborah) of Eldon, MO, Scotty Abbott of Barnett, MO, Avery Casto, Osyth Hagerty of St. Louis, MO and Oona Casto; his great grandchildren, Stetson, Billie and Tommie Abbott; his brothers, Robert E. Booth of Eldon, MO and Stanley Booth of Eldon, MO; and his daughter Myrita Abbott.
