He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Horn and Alma Horn (Reed); and his granddaughter Amy Horn. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Horn (Denny); his children, Elnora Horn, Christy Admire (Cody) of Eldon, MO, Adam Horn of Columbia, MO, Mike Horn (Stephanie) of Honey Creek, MO and Jacob Horn of Eldon, MO.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Horn, John Michael Horn, Josh Horn, Zach Horn, Joey Horn, Kaylee Witt, Kelsi Admire, Lyliah Winters, Derrick Admire and Adilyn Winters; his great grandchildren, Ryder Horn and Jaysyn Carter; and his siblings, Anna Ruth Allen of Fulton, MO, Betty Mace, Sandy Maples of Holts Summit, MO, Brenda Moreland (Marvin) of Wheeling, MO, Wilma Mickey (Kathy) of Holts Summit, MO, Billy Horn (Cindy) of Marion, MO and Kenny Horn (Katie) of Holts Summit, MO.
