Norma Joan Taylor Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Joan Taylor of Eldon, Missouri, who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Bunch and Rita Bunch (Gier); her sister Carol Janet Bunch; her son-in-law Barry Prewitt; and her grandson Steven Ross Dunlap.
She is survived by: her children, James A. "J. T." Taylor (Janet Conner) of Stover, Jeffrey D. Taylor (Rebecca) of Jefferson City, Missouri and Janet Prewitt Mertens (Jeff) of Loose Creek, Missouri; and her siblings, Kay Pace, Fonda Bunch of Eldon, Arlinda Martien (Ron) of Godfrey, IL and Darrell Bunch (Ruby) of Eldon. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home (5 S Oak St, Eldon, MO 65026). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests supporting the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child ministry through memorials made to the First Baptist Church OCC Account.
