He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eddie Harwood and Juanita Harwood; his sister Kay; his wife Judi Harwood (Warren); his children, Jeff Harwood (Kris), Eddie Harwood (Denise) and Amy Halderman (Tony); his granddaughters, Kara (Bryant), Kinsley Dinwiddie, Kendra Harwood, Shae, Corinne Harwood and Macie; his great grandchild Sydney Halderman; and his siblings, Leon Harwood (Betty) of Pueblo, CO and Glenna Harrison (Chuck) of Colorado Springs. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Although Neal had many friends and acquaintances, due to COVID-19, the family will host a private memorial service.
